The Myth of Ezio

In a new time and age where science and powerful beings collide, Ezio came to be a scientist and a God of nature as we know it. For many years Ezio had learned to use his extraterrestrial powers with his knowledge of science for the greater good of the Earth. He built his own company from the ground up and made great findings for the benefit of climate change, but also his company was a place where he could incorporate his powers in peace without others finding out or being suspicious of him.

During the years of Ezio’s company becoming very successful he wanted a family of his own, which he also accomplished after falling in love with one of his employees. At first he was very committed to his family and being a supportive father, however things changed when his wife started getting suspicious of him spending most of his time in his office where she once caught him using his powers in a lab. Ever since his wife tried to get him to talk to her about what she had seen, Ezio pushed his wife and son Elijah away, trying to protect his truth.

Elijah grew up sooner than anyone would’ve thought, always curious about nature and his surroundings, but also very stubborn and filled with rage and hatred inside for his father. He grew apart from his father after his mother split up with him, but he never understood why as she had refused to tell him. He always wanted to feel more involved in Ezio’s life and one day decided he was going to see him and demand answers.

Ezioh happened to be involved in a fundraiser for his projects and discoveries in progress. Elijah won a lot of money that day, and took advantage of the opportunity to slip into the casino unseen. So within the hour Elijah knew that his blood was at Ezio's. He caught Elijah and stopped the event. Afterward, his father and mother confronted him about how he had failed to provide for his family. He merely wanted to keep the company safe and ensure their well-being. Ezio eventually agrees to be honest with himself and reveals everything. Elijah begins to realize his attraction and attachment to the natural world. He would try to use his father's laboratory immediately. Ezio tells him it's too soon to use his powers in the physical world. Regardless of his father's views, Elijah tries to disprove his ideas. To prove his father wrong, he uses his powers to try to get his dream fulfilled at the same time. All had gotten turned upside down, even areas that are typically cold, with blizzards, when it started snowing in places that didn't usually. because of Elijah's ill-understood abilities, the lab burst into flames and his business was destroyed

Analysis

The Ezio myth demonstrates how human beings have deluded themselves into believing that they can exercise their free will and exert control over nature's reins,' even if it means polluting the Earth to such an extent, which is how global warming is related.

Human activity is the primary contributor to climate change. Fossil fuels are used and land is converted from forests to agriculture. It has been well established that, throughout the industrial revolution, people have burned increasing amounts of fossil fuels and converted more and more land from forests to farmland.Global warming and air pollution results from human actions that contribute to climate change. Humans have caused global warming. Many factors are involved including population increase, economic development, and environmental decline. All on this list is accomplished by people, and is having an adverse impact on the environment (Global warming).

Carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas, is produced by burning fossil fuels. This gas is known as a greenhouse gas because it is known to produce a “greenhouse effect”. Just as a greenhouse is warmer than its surroundings, the greenhouse effect causes the Earth to be warmer. Carbon dioxide is the primary contributor to human-caused climate change.

Earth's inherent greenhouse effect is intensified by human operations. real global temperature has increased by 1.8°F since the end of the nineteenth century as a result of an accumulation of heat trapping gases in the atmosphere Carbon dioxide, nitrogen, nitrous oxide, and ozone are also man-made heat-trapping pollutants. carbon dioxide exerts a greater net warming effect than the other gases combined

The narrative of this particular myth is distinctly articulated as it is applied in reference to our most modern environmental problem: global warming and climate change. The myth of Ezio is in reference to The myth of Phaeton, the son of God Helios, which sounds like an ominous prophecy of our present climate crisis.

The myth of Ezio represents in the form of a story, how global warming and climate change got started from a present or futuristic perspective as an aetiological myth. The presence of a God is mentioned, who controls nature and keeps the balance of nature on Earth. Combined with science the balance is maintained and also kept hidden from humanity. When a half human half God comes in contact with their powers and takes advantage of what’s given to them, in this instance Elijah, Ezio’s son, he uses his powers for his own desires and his own intentions, completely disregarding the consequences but rather just doing as he pleases, because from his view nothing bad could happen. However that goes to show how in reality our society has truly taken advantage of our nature and Earth and have done irreversible damage to our planet just for the simple reason that we can and to fulfill our own desires and needs, therefore making life on Earth difficult not only for humans, but for nature itself and the animals that live in our planet’s environments.

It is told that, by throwing a sun-carrier into the sky, an act that even gods couldn't do Phaeton who had lived with his mother, vowed to prove his father was Helius. Helios wanted for the first time to see his father, who was excited to see him for his first wish. Phaeton did not stop insisting that he be given an opportunity to travel through the sky in a sun chariot for a day his dad at first disregarded this appeal, but he was finally pleased with the stagnant stubbornness of his son.

He told him not to use a whip against all the threats and hazards. Phaeton disobeyed his father and used whip instead, because of the unnecessary ego and swift grip on the reins. The horses were afraid and, and carried the chariot into the sky, which meant that the sun chariot lost power and consequently ruined the world.

For the most part, he instructed him to stop the threats and hazards, and moreover, never to use the whip. Phaeton disobeyed his father and drove the chariot instead. The horses were afraid and, and carried the chariot into the sky, which meant that the sun chariot lost power and consequently ruined the world.

In the end, angered, Helios' brother Zeus struck a lightning bolt into the sky, which struck Phaeton in the chest and ended his career in the river Erus. The gods have saved the world from further destruction, and Earth is on its way back from the point of disaster.

Another important thing that we can relate to this story is the combination of carelessness and unpredictability. Due to Elijah’s carelessness, the power of his control spiralled out into something he could never possibly imagine. He didn’t care enough to think about the consequences of his actions similar to that of human beings. We don’t tend to think about how our small actions affect climate change. Our daily consumption of plastic and disregard for disposing of waste properly causes an accumulation of pollution overtime. More importantly the theme of unpredictability also plays into this. Scientists predict by the year 2050, climate change will be irreversible. However this is simply a prediction. Like Elijah didn’t know how the use of powers could damage a planet, we also don’t know how quickly the damage we cause to planet ecosystems can intensify into something untreatable.

Awareness is also important as shown through this story. The lack of knowledge on Elijah’s part is what caused him to be reckless with the use of power. Similarly us human beings will not be able to stop climate change unless we are educated enough on the topic. If Elijah had known that these powers could be of mass destruction, he wouldn’t have been in a hurry to explore something unknown. Similarly if we educated our generation about the power of everyday actions, we can reduce the carbon footprint on our planet and help reverse the damage that we have already caused and continue to do so everyday.
